Fiat500 condensation and wet footwell

We have a 2009 Fiat 500 and over the last two months we've had problems with condensation forming on the inside. We've pulled back the drivers carpet and cladding was soaking wet but there's no evidence of where the water is coming from (car hasn't been flooded). Any ideas?

I'd guess it's coming in via the pollen filter because the bulkhead vent well drains are blocked. Clear the drains and you'll have to replace the sodden wet pollen filter.
