Common because of the different expansion and contraction rates of the polycarbonate lenses and the reflectors. But this must have caused a minor leak in the seal. Difficult job to remove and dry them out and drop a little dessicant inside, but if you can easily remove the bulbholder, worth trying a small amount of dessicant. If you were driving the car further with the lights on at night the condensation would normally dry out anyway.
