Faulty radio on Skoda Citigo

We have just taken delivery of a new Skoda Citigo and there is a fault with the radio - it doesn't tune into radio stations or keep its reception when on the move.

The dealer has acknowledged the fault and is in contact with Volkswagen technical to resolve the problem, but hasn’t foxed the problem. Have you heard of any similar problems? What should I do?

I thought I'd heard of this before, but not on a Skoda Citigo, SEAT Mii or Volkswagen Up, so must have been another VAG car. Demand a new radio or at least one that works.
