RAC inspection report - can I use it in court?
I recently paid for an RAC report on a newly purchased used car. The RAC mechanic said and wrote in the report that the car is not roadworthy and refused to road test it. I am now going through the courts to get my money back, but the RAC guy has refused to testify. What can I do?

You do have the RAC inspector's written report and you could get a court order compelling the RAC inspector to testify.
