Speedometer error on Citroen C5 - what's the cause?

The speedometer on my Citroen C5 is seven miles out. The problem has only started since I had the cambelt changed. What could be the cause?

Very strange. But actually illegal. Changing the timing belt should not have affected the final drive speed sensor unless it was damages by jacking up the engine one end in order to change the timing belt.
