Will the swappage deal on cars over seven years old affect the price I pay with a car under seven?

A number of companies are offering swappage deals at the moment for those trading in cars more than seven years old. How does this affect the price that I can expect to pay if my car is less than seven years old?

You won't know until you go to the garage and try to do a deal. For less than seven years old you probably get a standard, unsubsidised part-exchange allowance.
