What symptoms are related to DMF failure?

My Renault Scenic dCI has a dual mass flywheel. With nearly 120,000 miles on the clock, what symptoms of impending DMF failure should I be looking or listening for?

Look for starting problems, because the starter ring is on the outer flywheel and the engine timing point is on the flywheel. Also judder and symptoms similar to clutch slip.
