Where can I source spare steel wheels for my Nissan Juke for winter tyres?

I have a 2012 Nissan Juke 1.6 Petrol Acenta Premium with 215/55R17 94V tyres with pressure monitors, but no spare. I have decided to go for winter tyres. Should I just change tyres or get steel rims as well? If the latter, what size and specification for rim and tyre please (I need specification for both rims and tyres). Does the pressure monitoring work with smaller steel rims as well or do you advise a spare wheel?

Nissan's PR tells me that the Juke does not have standard TPMS, but it is available with 16-inch steel wheels in other markets, and since they're built in Sunderland you should be able to source 16-inch wheels via a UK Nissan dealer. Probably not cheap. The 14-inch steels I bought for my Fiat 500 came in at £400.

I need a spare wheel to take with me on a Scandinavian tour up to the Arctic circle and back through Lapland. Even a space saver is better than a bottle of sealant. Any suggestions appreciated.
Recently, you confirmed that a winter tyre can be used as a 'spare' in the summer; or a summer tyre can be used in the winter; provided it is treated in the same way as a space-saver, and kept below 50mph....
