Can you recommend a six-seater petrol car for under £5000?

As grandparents who are also part-time child carers, we need to change our car to accommodate a new addition to the family. I am looking for a petrol-powered car that will seat six and is reliable and economical to run. My problem is that we live on a fairly tight budget and I have a maximum of £5000 to spend in the second hand market. Can you suggest anything that would suit my circumstances?

Probably a Toyota Corolla Verso 7-seater 1.8VVT-i, but don't discount the 2.0-litre belt cam diesel because at this budget it will predate diesel particulate filters, so you won’t have to worry about expensive DPF regenerations or replacements.
