Would you like to see the reply from my MP regarding the Protection of Freedoms Bill?
As suggested in your column in the Daily Telegraph, I emailed my MP to express concern about Clause 56 in the Protection of Freedoms Bill. She contacted the minister and I thought you might be interested to see the minister's reply - attached.

Many thanks. It’s a standard pro forma reply put together by the DfT, not the minister, and mentions “safeguards”.
The BPA is working towards an independent appeals system to be in place by the time the Bill becomes Law in October 2012. You can find the BPA Code of Practice at: www.britishparking.co.uk/Approved-Operator-Scheme-...e . The BPA has asked that if I receive further complaints that I feel are justified, I should ask them to register their concern at www.britishparking.co.uk/AOS-Enquiries
