New company car for family needs- what would you recommend ?

I'm due to change my current company car soon and need something more spacious for the family. I think a 3 Series is likely to be too small so have looked at the new Mazda 6 saloon and SW, Peugeot 508 SW and both the Volkswagen Passat and the Volkswagen CC.

I like the 508 but have been put off by the poor reviews of the e-HDI gearbox, the Mazda looks good but seems to get mixed reviews about ride quality and the Volkswagen Passat looks a good car, but are Volkswagen likely to change it soon?

Of these which do you think would make the best company car for a family?

Ride quality of the new Mazda 6 is ok on both 19" wheels and 17" wheels, but obviously best on 17" wheels with 225/55 R17 tyres. Best value is the 2.2d 150 SE-L Nav at £24,395.

Also comes in at 108g/km CO2 so low BIK and cheap company car tax.
