Keeping a car over seven years old

My 2007 Audi A3 is regularly maintained/serviced, MoT'd etc. All advisories noted and acted upon. Cambelt done-of course!
Since I intend keeping it for a further three/four years I am thinking of giving it a bit of a birthday with a new exhaust system, 4 new tyres and new set of brakes all round.
I could go on forever but what would you consider to be the essentials - over the top of servicing recommendations - that should ensure a well maintained 7 year old car gets a reasonable trouble free 48 months ?

Do not replace anything that has not failed or worn out. Pointless exercise.
