Ford Kuga has an engine warning light after 870 miles

My Ford Kuga is 3 weeks old and has 874 miles on. it now has an Engine Malfunction light and the car will not exceed 40 miles an hour.

It has been back with the dealer for eight days and they do not know what is wrong.
