Rear Brakes and Discs Peuegeot 307 cc

Still very pleased with my 307 cc which I bought after receiving your great advice four years ago. The back brakes are worn and make a screeching noise, so I have been told by my local Peugeot garage that new discs and pads are needed.

That's usually £400+ but in the winter sale its £275.

Is that good or should I check out a small local garage?

That's not bad. Rear discs rust first because they don't do much work and consequently overnight surface rust is not cleaned off as effectively as on the fronts.
