Audi A3 2.0 TDI misfiring

I have been having problems for the last four months with misfiring, i have replaced both harness's the ecu and four injectors. Every time a part is replaced it goes ok again for a bit then it starts misfiring.

If the car is started and left to tick over it ticks over fine. If I then go to drive the car within two mins it starts again, also turning off the ignition and starting it again clears it for a couple off minutes.

Well we would have suggested that i diagnostic check should have been carried out by now( before replacing any parts).
this should then show up a fault code which should indicate the problem area.
Given what you have done so far,we would suggest that you check the fuel filter, the air/vacuum pipes/connections and also the CKP ( crankshaft position sensor).
