ABS malfunction

The brakes seem to lock and grind on release when breaking at low speed. The pads and discs have recently been replaced, therefore I suspect an ABS malfunction. Braking does not seem to be otherwise impaired. Do you know of this problem and the solution required?

May simply be dirty brake caliper pins. Might be possible to clean them up with a high pressure airline.
