Fuel economy is disappointing.
I have just bought a brand new Hyundai i20 1.1 75PS Active. The marketing documentation claims that the car will achieve 61.4 mpg (urban) 83.1 mpg (extra urban) or 74.3 (combined).
If the car does not come close to the lower mpg figure am entitled to return it and claim my money back?

No, because these are only EC certification test figures. They are the only figures manufacturers are allowed to publicise even though, in real life, they may be unrealistic.
