My parking charge has gone up because it was dated wrong

Following your recent advice over a Parking Charge Notice I received , I decided that I should pay the charge of £60, when I went on to the website to pay, their system showed the charge was now £120, but more significantly it showed the ticket was issued on the 28th July.

The only problem with that is that it wasn't. It was issued on the 28/8/12. In your experience where do I stand now?

Do I ignore it and let them try and take me to court, or contact them and advise of their error?

Pay the £60. If they take it further let them take you to court and countersue for fraud.
