Do I need to change the timing belt or chain on my X-Type?

I have a 56 plate 2.5 AWD Auto Jaguar X-Type, approaching 60,000. Do I need to be thinking about cam drive - i.e. belt or chain?

It's a chain cam engine and the chain rarely gives trouble, but the more frequently you change the oil the better.
