MINI Cooper S cooling fan comes on all the time

Drive a few gentle miles in any weather or terrain and the radiator cooling fan is running flat out on my MINI Cooper S. Doesn't stop.

The dealership has bled the system for air locks and changed thermostat twice. To no avail.

Replace the thermo switch sensor/sender screwed into the water jacket of the block.
