Chosing the right tyre

We need to replace the tyre on our Subura Forester X petrol 2007 1994cc.

The Prestivo 2000 tyres did a great job in the snow and would like to replace with similar mid-range tyres.

I have a quote for Hankook Kinergy Eco 425 at £413.00 all in, or Michelin Lattitude Tour at £418.00 all in (Costco member price). Which tyre should I go for? We do mostly local driving with some motorway doing up to 8000 miles per year.

What all weather tyres would you recommend for a 2.0-litre Frd C-Max on a 56-plate? We only do about 8000 miles per annum so do not think it economical to buy winter tyres.
