A hatch with adjustable steering for less than £5k

I need a five door hatch with reach adjustable steering for under £5k. Currently I have an 03 Fabia Comfort, 1.2, which is fine, but reliability is now essential. Any suggestions?

A Hyundai i30 or KIA cee'd 1.4 or 1.6. All have height and reach adjustable steering, the 1.4 and 1.6 engines are chain cam, and there may even be some manufacturer warranty left.
