Should I trade in my Citroen C4 for a new DS3 Sport HDI?

I have a Citroen C4 2.0HDI (138hp) exclusive that will be three years old in September 2011 and has done 34,000 miles. I am torn between keeping the C4 for another year after taking out a warranty, or trading it in for a new DS3 Sport HDI (110hp).

The DS3 is currently a hot number, Top Gear Car of the Year, etc., but the one to have is the chain 1.6THP 150/156 6-speed petrol model, not the belt cam diesel. The petrol version does 45mpg.

I have read the reviews but I need your opinion. Skoda Yeti or Hyundai ix35? Which is more reliable?
