Did you know that Swindon Borough Council are to install speed controlled lights?

If you don't already know you'll be interested to learn that Swindon Borough Council are to install speed controlled lights which will be operational in the autumn. They will not operate in rush hours nor will they apply to emergency vehicles. The installation will be for a trial period in two areas of the borough.
