Thanks to the car park operators at Arrowe Park Hospital who now clarify exactly what their contract entails.

I thought you might be interested in the parking regime at Arrowe Park Hospital on Wirral. It would seem that this car park operator has wised up to your 'minor breach of contract' advice by making it very clear what their contract entails. That's a clear demonstration that your excellent campaigns work. Fortunately, this particular car park is free for the first 3.5 hours so my hospital visiting over the last couple of weeks has not cost anything, so full marks to Wirral NHS Trust for that.

Many thanks. That is wholly laudable. Same goes for the deal at Tesco's carpark at Hexham in Northumberland, which is widely used by customers shopping at the next-door Aldi and visitors to the town centre avoiding the council carpark charges. Not only that, Tesco donates any proceeds from penalties to charity.
