Changing a cam belt

I have a ford focus 2002 1.6 zetec that has just over 100,000 miles on its original cam belt. How much should I look to pay for a cam belt change, and is there anything else you would recomend having done at the same time?

About £300, including tensioner. If the belt turns the waterpump then best to change that as well.
