Should normal tyres be set to the same pressure as run flats?

I have just swapped all tyres on my BMW E93 to non run flat. Should the tyre pressures be the same as for run flats?

Assuming the dimensions of your new tyres are identical to the run flats, then you should use the same recommended tyre pressures as indicated on the driver's door jamb to suit the vehicle load.

After the warning has been on and adjusting the tyre pressures then resetting the computer I find that after about 20 miles the warning comes back on again. This has happened about 4 times, why?
