While it would be technically possible to provide a tint or a coating that would reduce the glare from LED lights, this would also result in all forms of light being blocked to some degree. In low light situations such as night driving this could reduce visibility for drivers and potentially make driving at night even more dangerous. It is also possible that a tint dark enough to reduce the glare from LED lights would potentially fall below the 75% rule and be an MoT failure.
