I had my car remapped to bypass the AdBlue - is it now worthless?

I had my Peugeot 3008 remapped due to Adblue issues. I received a recall for drive chain checks, took it to the dealer who said the remap will cause technical issues if they were to do the work as it will reset the system software. I am starting to panic as I feel the car is now a liability and worthless as it’s carrying a fault potentially that I can’t get repaired. I honestly didn’t know bypassing the Adblue was a gamble if a recall was ever issued or I would have avoided.

Physically removing the AdBlu system or having it mapped out is an MoT failure and makes the vehicle illegal to drive on the public road, so we would suggest having the vehicle returned to its original software before taking it to the dealer for recall work.
