What is the failure rate for Toyota hybrid batteries?

We bought a Toyota C-HR Hybrid new in 2016. Mindful that the hybrid battery has a 10-year warranty, as we approach the 10-year end are there definitive figures for Hybrid Toyotas where the battery has failed?

There are no publicly available figures for the specific failure rate of Toyota hybrid batteries, but what is clear is that it tends to be mileage rather than age that determines the lifespan. While the warranty is for ten years, we would expect it to last for several more years - there are many examples of the Toyota Prius that have exceeded 200,000 miles on their original battery.
