Which car should I replace first - our Saab or our Volkswagen?

In your opinion, which car should I replace first, my Saab Vector 2.0t with 125,000 miles and 22 years old (regular servicing, runs well and in good condition) or my wife’s VW TDI with 155,000 miles and 18 years old (regular servicing, runs well but with bodywork that needs attention)?

Both of these cars are known to be reliable if well maintained, so we would retain the one in the best overall condition – in this case, it would appear to be the Saab.
