When should I replace the timing chain on my VW Golf?

I have a 2015 VW Golf R with 60k miles. When do you think I should consider replacing the timing chain please?

For a 2015 Golf R, there is no 'set' replacement interval for the timing chain, as it's designed to last the life of the engine, however, replacement is typically recommended between 80,000 and 120,000 miles as a preventative measure. It should be inspected if you hear unusual noises like rattling.
