Can I leave a hybrid parked up for six weeks?

I am going to Australia for six weeks in January/February. Is it okay to leave my self charging hybrid Kia Sportage motionless for that long?

Six weeks is a relatively long period to leave a hybrid parked up and could result in a flat battery, so you may wish to consider asking a relative or friend to periodically start and drive the car in your absence or consider a trickle charger you can leave connected while you are away. We recommend a charger from CTEK which you can read more about here - kit.honestjohn.co.uk/reviews/review-ctek-battery-c.../
