How much should a large stone chip cost to repair?

I have just been quoted £765 to fully repair a fairly large stone chip in the drivers door of my car. I have been told the whole door will need to be repainted and faded into the the adjoining panels to get an exact match. The car is a Lexus NX450h with celestial blue metallic paint. It seems a lot to repair a stone chip. Do you think this is a reasonable price for a perfect finish?

Metallic paint can be a little more expensive to repair and some blending will be required to achieve a good finish, but this seems excessive for a single panel repair. We would suggest obtaining quotes from independent bodywork and paint specialists.
