Running out of patience, what are my rights?

I bought a car on 12 February 2011 from Turtles Peugeot in Ballymena, Co Antrim.

I have been back and forth to the dealer approximately 10 times since I bought the car, so far they have replaced a pressure pump and fuel injectors.

I now have more problems with the car, there is black smoke coming from the exhaust and the window wipers go by themselves, even though it isn't raining.

Also, when I am driving it feels like I am constantly pressing the brake pedal, the car feels like it is jerking.

I have to return my car to the dealer on Tuesday (19th April 11) for them to have a look at it.

The car was sold to me with a three month warranty. However when i asked about this I was told all the work they have carried out so far is out of good will!

I have no paperwork for any work carried out so far even though i have asked for this 2+ times.

Can you please advise on my rights? I am so fed up with this vehicle.

The garage is liable to either fix the car once and for good or to refund the purchase price:
