What car has a driver's seat that I can sleep in?

I wondered if there is a car on the market that offers a way of sleeping in the seats, whether the front seats can be reclined, or a car with front seats with foot rests and they would be comfortable to sleep in if for example if one was to miss a ferry and had to wait quite a few hours for the next ferry?

Unfortunately there isn't a car that can fold its seats completely flat to give you a comfortable bed, but the Honda Jazz does have the facility to fold the driver and passenger seats so they are level with the rear seat, giving you a long space to lie in.

If you think you will regularly need to sleep in your car we would suggest going for a larger estate car, folding the rear seats and sleeping in the load area. Cars such as the Honda Civic Tourer, Skoda Superb Estate and the Ford S-Max or Galaxy would be ideal for this.
