When to change timing belt, tensioners, water pump

My wife's Volvo S40 2.0D (07 plate) is just coming up to for years old with 35K on the clock, when do you recomend that we change the timing belt, tensioners, pulleys and water pump?

I'd give it two more years at this rate, then get nervous and change it.
