Which all-season tyres should I fit to my BMW X1?

What tyres, preferably all-season, would you recommend for my BMW X1 petrol? Existing tyres are Pirelli P Zeros, size 225/50/R18 99W.

All-season tyres that come highly recommended at the moment include the Continental AllSeasonContact, the Hankook Kinergy 4S2, and the Vredestein Quatrac. The Continentals are the most expensive but the best performing, while the Hankook and Vredestein tyres are more affordable but still deliver very competitive performance in wet and dry testing.
