Sat Nav in Mercedes-Benz C-Class

In the Telgeraph on 15th January you replied to a question about updating the Sat Nav on Mercedes Benz cars to give six digit postcode entry rather than just 4 digit.

I have a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C-Class estate with COMAND and MB have told me, after I sent a copy of your comments, that this must refer to the E-Class range only as the C-Class, even the newest ones, have different software which can only handle four-digit post codes. Can you advise if this is correct?

If the COMAND system is hard disk based it can be reprogrammed to handle seven-digit UK postcodes.
