Warning message of blocked fuel filter on Peugeot 307 HDI

Warning message has come up saying blocked fuel filter. I've changed the filter already, yet still receiving message. Any ideas on how to cure it?

ECU needs the fault code re-setting via the OBDII diagnostics port and a laptop with the right program.
