Hatched back

My daughter, currently driving an Audi A3, has a daughter who is almost two, she has now been advised that she is pregnant, and will have twins in September. This will mean that, for the foreseeable future, she will need a car suitable to carry the three children in car seats which, to conform with the law, will mean that one will face forward, whilst the others face to the rear! Is there a solution to this, and which car would you advise her to purchase, given she will need three seat belts to secure the child car seats.
