We are considering buying a people carrier, for the purpose of towing a caravan. Could you suggest such a vehicle suitable to tow a Fleetwood Sonata 25ft caravan, weight 1700 KG and to accommodate six children and two adults. Please do not suggest a Leyland Bus.

Probably a new Hyundai i800. That has a big enough 2.5 turbodiesel producing 170PS and 392Nm of torque and is an 8-seater. Price £19,495, with a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty.
