Is it wise to buy a test car from a dealer?

I've been looking at buying a BMW test car from a main dealer. It's a 2012 model that was only registered last month. It has all the bells and whistles, the mileage is 1500 and includes a three-year (as new) manufacturers warranty. It costs a fraction of the original cost. Are there any concerns I should have regarding this?

Sounds a bit odd. Don't compare its price to its modern equivalent - it's an eight-year-old car that's been stood around for most of that time and will since have been replaced by a newer model. We'd look elsewhere unless it's very, very cheap.
