Ling and buy

I'm sending this email because I have recently leased a car from Lings Cars and received a message asking if I, along with other customers, would contact you with honest (good or bad) feedback on the service I've received. I leased my car (VW Scirocco) from Ling last year after looking at a lot of Personal Contract Hire sites. If you take the initial quotes from companies at face value she wasn't necessarily the cheapest but was certainly very competitive. I ended up choosing Ling primarily because she is based in the North-East and I wanted to do my bit for the local economy. I also liked the website and found it very informative, particularly with regards to the environmental information, which was an important factor for me. Having entered into the agreement with Ling, I can honestly say that I received possibly the best customer service from any business that I've had for a long time. The most impressive thing for me was the standard of communication. It's nice to be kept informed of progress and keeping on top of things as Ling did helped to make the process (this being my first car on PCH) completely trouble free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lings Cars to friends, family or work colleagues and have actually done so. One of my friends has leased a Nissan Qashqai from Lings and received the same impressive service. When contacting me Ling asking me to be honest with any feedback and my email to you is precisely that. If this helps people who are looking for a leasing company with excellent customer service then that’s great.

Many thanks. She persuaded more than 70 of her customers to e-mail me (60 in just 4 days) and they wouldn't have done that if they weren't happy. www.lingscars.co.uk
