The streetka saga continues! Part exed Grande Punto a month ago. The Punto WAS dying!!

Anyway - since getting the car various faults have reared their heads:

Heater - you can turn fan on and off but it constantly blowshot air!

This is not helped by the fact that the electric windows developed a mind of their own and decided to only open if I slammed the driver door whilst driving- however- driver side now stuck 3" down! Have to stff polystyrene in gap every night!

To add to my misery the electronic key has now given up- the car makes appropriate 'noises' when you use the key but it doesn't achieve anything. Car can be locked manually using driver door. It has also locked me out 3 times!

When driving slowly there is a rapid ticking noise coming from the dash area - sounds like a geiger counter. This stops when you build up speed.

The car is still within month warranty and going back Monday to have faults fixed - fingers crossed!

Do you think it apprpriate to ask for further warranty? I feel that as soon as I leave the garage it will fail agian? Any suggestions?
