my picasso has just started a very strange thing the heater blower fan has just started to work on one speed only the top speed 4... tried a known switch that works but its not the switch any idears please thanks allen

Most probably the resistor ,as mentioned,but could be a overheated connector plug.Access is a real pain.It is at the top of the heater box,driver side,in air ducting.Removing the instrument pod gives a little more a room .hth
