Can anyone help me please, my car began going into safe mode (engine revs fast but no acceleration and constant speed of 10mph max) after jet washing or driving through water a few months ago. Once the engine was turned off and allowed to reset it drove perfectly. My car has now begun to do this on every journey and has even started to bunny hop prior to dropping into safe mode. It has been into a garage whom suspected airflow problems and new unit fit, however this hasnt rectified the problem. It is a fantastic car and i wish to get it sorted but any mechanics i ask have no idea what could be causing it. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
