Peugeot 307 - Flexible Pipe Hanging Down Underneath - frank_butcher

This is a pipe / hose approx 1ft in length with a diameter of about 10cm. It has a ribbed / flexible section, which is similar to bendy straws. It has an S clip on it which I presume connects to a similar pipe near by but has unclipped itself.

Area is the underside roughly below where the gear stick is. Pipe is dry; not dripping liqud.

Haven't jacked it up to have a good look. I guess it is some kind of overflow? Car runs fine. Can I leave it until the next service?

Correction. The diameter is 10mm not 10cm! That would be more like the exhaust!
