Advice on Small Van

Advice on Small Van - killie77

H Currently living in Glasgow

Planning to drive down to London couple of times a month. I'm thinking of buying a Small Van.has to be High enough to accomadate a Honda 125 Scooter. Going to use that in London gets round the Congestion Charge. Also looking for the best MPG I can get.Thinking of a Ford Connect not sure of the MPG on these. Any others I should considerBudget would be about 5 to 6000.Thanks for any advice

Is the only reason you are considering a van because you want to carry a bike in the back? Would the scooter fit in comething like a Berlingo? More comfortable, more useful when not being used to carry the bike, not speed restricted and possibly easier to get hold of a decent one. Van prices are high at the moment.
