Ok, so my C-Max has quite a few issues ...

One of them which will cause some grief one day is the fact that the reversing lights don't come on when selecting reverse gear. Apart from this the rear lights work fine. Its not the reversing light bulbs either as I have replaced these.

I was actually wondering how the reversing lights are actuated. Is there sensor linked to the gear lever? f it is a gear leversensor does anybody have any idea how to get to it?

PS. This is not an MOT failure - been through 2 MOTs no problem
